The '69 Datora will be in my collection forever. It was one of the first dial designs after the 806s that really grabbed my imagination. I was happy to find it, and even more thrilled to find a virtually unused, complete case only 37 units away from the original. A new case and crystal has a way of making an old watch sing
The 2 Angelus was a first on this old brand for me. The black one worked out especially well - its very clean - and I think works well on the distressed strap. The gold face one is not quite as good as the dial is showing its age and not much could be done. But again its a thrill to have with its many complications.
