Very interesting dial without the world graphics. Does anyone know the history of this watch! {FRED} Could the graphics been soiled so the were removed in a redial?

strange - no record anywhere about Tourneau co-branding these.

Having owned a couple of these in the past I think it's possible the world graphics could be there. The graphics were very light on the two I had and you had to get the watch at the right angle to get a good pic of them. Then again, since the 'automatic' and other graphics aren't showing either it's possible the world graphics were not redone when the dial had the Tourneau added to it. In either case, an unusual watch.

I talked to Heist about 2 years ago about a redial on a soiled graphics unitime 1- 260. Mrs Heist informed me after a lengthy conversation that it is almost impossible to duplicate the graphics and I should keep it the way it is. Any suggestions?

PS: NOT THE SAME UNITIME AS ABOVE

For me that would be a redial candidate. Absolutely nothing I would wear as is so I'd chance finding someone that could do a respectable job with it and willing to take it on. You'll be able to tell it's a redial but it'll be useable.

Paul any suggestions who may take it on. Heist wouldn't. And impossible to find an nos dial. I have been keeping it for a parts spare for the one above.

These guys did one for me about a year ago. It took about 6 months, it was pretty expensive at around $300 if I remember correctly, but my original dial was worse than yours.

The Tourneau sold for $1500. Someone got a good deal I'd say.
