Hi

Im after some help. I know a bit about breitling watches but mainly the newer stuff. I came across this watch. I'm very interested in it.

"1962 Breitling Cosmonaute Navitimer reference 809, all black dial Scott Carpenter. This is possibly one of the rarest watches in the world, considered by many collectors as the "holy grail" of vintage Breitling"

What are your thoughts. As it's EOI. No price indication. I'd love to get it and keep it for many years to come.

Thanks

I once expressed my interest and made an offer based on the condition
Seller didnt even reply

Its in very rough shape , yellowed , hands lume gone and i have a concern why certain pieces of the dial print are white and others yellowed (cleaned ?)

Anyway , I believe it to be correct and original but wont clean up to an acceptable level (IMO)
