Probably doesn't get much better, at least not on this planet, seller told me that it for sure had spend the last 45 years in a safe, and I seriously doubt that it has been used more than a handful of times.
It came on the hardly used strap it was bought with, and original & stamped papers. I have put a Champion Mesh on it just for the illustration.
Notice the silver plated hands, I have never seen that before, but I have no doubt that it was born like that, as up to now I have seen 4 different variation of hands on a Wide Bezel black/black 1962 AOPA Cosmonaute.
It's only the 3rd one I have succeed in buying over a period of 12 years, it's obviously hopelessly rare.
