Hi guys, Some of you may remember, earlier this year, I was able to pick up an all original 1967 AOPA Navitimer Cosmonaute. It was in need of service so I sent it to Scott Heisler at Orlando Watch Company since he had a lot of prior experience with vintage Breitlings and the Venus 178 movement. Anyway, when it was serviced, all that was done was the movement service, a damaged minute wheel replaced with NOS part, and crystal polish. He did a very nice job and sent back the watch in wonderful working order. Since I've had it back over the last couple of months, sadly I just haven't bonded with it like my other timepieces. I am considering moving it along to someone who would get more enjoyment out of it. My question to you guys - based on the year, condition, dial, etc. what would you think a ballpark current market value is on this watch? I have a pretty good idea already but I am curious to hear what you all think. Thanks in advance and have a great weekend! -Chad ![]() |

I'd venture $4500 -$5500 eBay etc. Dealer would ask more. Assuming all correct. A lovely looking watch IMO. The challenge to the price is finding the buyer since as you have noticed, it's a bit of a speciality watch. |

Well, I can attest that the work that Scott and team at Orlando Watch do is done top notch and to perfection. Anyone who is lucky enough to get this watch will have a superb piece. Wayne |
