Good evening
this is my first post.
I recently came by this one, but I can not find any other dial alike on the web.
Has anybody seen one like this? What do you think?
thank you very much!

Thank You Wayne for your quick answer.
I am sorry but i am a bit confused. Do you think it is actually a good pick or are you ironic ?

I too have not seen a ref. 788 with a black dial yet, but I see no reason to doubt the dial authenticity, though I would like to see much better pics to say more about a possible relume, though not recent.

Would like to see a pic of caseback and movement, but logo looks correct for an early 1940s dial, as does the "ANTICHOC" at 6.

Hands are clearly much, much later replacements.
