COA = Clean, Oil, Adjust. Complete teardown and movement service, when neither parts replacement, fabbing or cosmetical restoration work is needed.

those look amazing! I live in Los Angeles, and wonder who is the closest person to me, that people know of that does nice COA work at a fair price? And what does a service like that roughly cost?

Well the evidence would suggest that chronodeco would be worth contacting! I'm sure that he would be happy to provide an estimate.

well, I live in Vienna, Austria - and the closest "person that does nice COA work at a fair price" is forum member chronodeco in The Dalles, Oregon ;)

Craig prefers not to discuss his prices on the forum, but let me assure you they are very fair, considering the quality and reliability of his work.

Hope that's close enough ?

I appreicate the feedback guys. I am waiting for a few more pieces to come in the mail, and then I will contact Craig, and proceed from there.

Fred - what camera do you use to take your photos? iPhone? They always look lovely. Seems like you have figured out the right place that allows a good shot without too much glare from the crystal.

I'm based in LA too, but I can vouch for Craig's work as well. I can tell you the shipping is much faster than Vienna, Austria. :nana:

Another big thumbs up for Craig's work. Top notch and an easy person to deal with. He brought my 810 back from the dead and in a total moment of stupidity I sold it about a year later. I don't think I ever sell another watch again...so pissed at myself.
