Hi, I have seen a mint all original black panda dial Top Time in steel with Venus 188, original paperwork and purchase receipt from 1967. Seller asking £1800 GB. New to Top Times but a case of love at first sight! Is this price way over the top or realistic for a great original example? I dont mind spending on watches I love but never like to go to rediculous. Any advice gratefully received. would help to know which model it is, there are several Top Time using the Venus 188 - but UKP 1.8k would be high for all, even in excellent condition, although prices have been rising steadily. 1.5k would be the very, very upper end of reasonable, 1.0-1.2k would be the expected range. |

nice piece w/ a Thunderball dial; strap isn't original, I think. 1.2 fair, anything above that stretches it, above 1.4 would be unreasonable for me. but prices have been rising steadily, so we might laugh about today's prices in some years from now. |

He has a lovely website but he does not keep the stock up to date. He told me he receives 5000 emails a year and so had no time to manage an ever changing inventory. |
