As I plot my launch into ling-land, I am looking at the strap or bracelet options for the 806. It's obviously a matter of personal taste, but I would be interested to see some photos (and source of the strap would be useful) of what others have found suits the watch well. I am looking for options other than the original black lizard style.

Thank- you!

If you can't find anything that's close to a traditional design and you want something reasonably priced, you could try a strap from Di Modell. I am not indorsing them specifically, but I do have one or two of their leather straps that look great on an 806/809. They are reasonably priced too.

Mesh & Nato here, offering a bsource discount: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=47180

Most of the croc and calf are Breitling OEM

"tapered" lizard, closest to the original 50s Breitling straps, is from ebay seller Bill Shaine.

"vintage" croc are sold by Bill Shaine too, but are actually from a seller I'd rather not list publicly, u can pm me for details.
