I'm a newbie to the vintage watch world and I'm wondering if anyone can offer me a little help regarding a Breitling I recently acquired. It's a Premier 788 Chronograph from I believe 1945. As you can see from the photos, it is in need of restoration. Can anyone give me any idea what this watch may be worth in restored condition? It is a great looking watch and I would love to have it running and looking new again. Thanks

I would strongly suggest not to have it "look like new" - it would drastically reduced the value to collectors.

Watch needs a cleaning, a relume of hands and some correct subdial hands - and of course a service, maybe repairs.

Value will be around 1 to 1.5k, I'd say.
