well..... dial lume in sad state, sliderule (not too well) refinished, the least desirable (and collectible) movement ever used in a vintage Navitimer. far from 1967, the Valjoux 7736 hadn't been launched yet, but 1970s - is that 1,45xx,xxx ? that's strange, would be outside the documented range. lots of hyperbole, but really not an "extraordinary" Navitimer. |

Bill Shaine has used this wording for years, in hundreds of listings, so we almost know it by heart; he just cuts and pastes - and often has errors by copying from one to the other. anything above 2k would be too high. |

Definitely *45609, looks like the photo has been cropped to make it impossible to read the rest but it does look like the upright of a 1, could be 1,145,609 which would be 1967. |

Look at the text of the outer sliderule and compare with photos of genuine ones here. The characters aren't as crisp and the font is wrong. |
