Hello All,

I am fairly new to this forum. I am hoping some of the experts here can take a look at the attached pictures of this vintage 1966 Navitimer 806 and provide me with some expert thoughts and opinions.

According to the seller, it was recently serviced by Craig at Chronodeco. Serviced included; new dials and slide rule, crystal, mainspring, and crown. The dial and slide rule were replaced with nicer conditioned authentic Breitling.

Based upon my research, a nice vintage 1966 Navitimer 806 is selling for around $3,500-$4,500 (depending on the condition). This is being offered for less than $3,000.

Thanks in advance for your help. It is much appreciated.

nice piece, fair price - if Craig has serviced this, that's as good as it can possibly get.

yes, ideally we would want movement and caseback shot, but would bet it's ok

I'll second that
Quoted price seems current market price, or very close to it for this type

This is one I had earlier this year and sold to another forum member. Nice watch that had the Midas (Craig) touch.

Thanks for everyone's opinions and thoughts. The seller sent me some additional pics. Unfortunately, none with case open.

You should take into consideration that the case, bezel & case back has been polished, it's not a work I would be proud of, and it takes a lot of value out of the watch.
The dial and sliderule is in nice condition, the Tritium on the markers is a little too dark IMO, but they are not easy to find with better looking dials, and probably not below $ 3.000,-.
