I'm thinking about swapping my Venus 178 810 out from a GF case to a SS case. A couple of things... 1. Is the long playing 815 etc the same case (ie what cases will fit?) 2. Anyone got a SS case lying around you'd be interested in getting rid of? Just PM me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

810 Gen. 2 and 815 cases are the same, would fit. Greg, that dial of yours was never mounted in a SS case, neither were the hands. Your choice, of course, but it wouldn't be a great fit. |

Finding a set of hands in proper shape to go SS from GF is best described by the Beatles, the long and winding road. Think very hard on this before you jump. If it were me, I would sell what I have and find a SS model then go thru the headaches. Not that it can't be done. Just not quickly to say the least.
