I'm going to move this to the Vintage section, but to answer your question about the hand.....

You'll be very lucky to find a hand on its own. Repaires with access to parts are not likely to sell them because they need them for their restoration and servicing work.

It sounds like the watch needs a service anyway if the bezel isn't rotating so take it to a watchmaker with Breitling knowledge for servicing / restoration and mention the hand and they should be able to source one for you.

Hello to everybody guys I'm new here! I write to know if someone can help me ,I 'm disperately searching the orange little hand of the minutes counter for my cosmonaute chrono matic 1809 some one can help me? and I have also another question, I DON'T succed at all in making move the bezel of the watch it it's fix or it has to move? there is same trick? sorry for my english tanks Alberto

The only way to source genuine ones is either from other watches or from a dealer / repairer who happens to have a supply, and these people are very reluctant to sell because they don't know if / when they will be able to get more.
