Thank you, Fred !!

I originally though the cardboard watch was part of it all, but I have since learnt from you (via this forum) that it a sales demo tool and would not be original to the watch, just something that was current at the time !!!

Nice to have it though :-)

I just love this set, this is how you do it. Complete the way it was it the day. Just a wonderful collection and kudos to you for putting it all together. Most do not take the time. Fantastic! Cardboard pulls it all together.

Now that is something that you don't see every day - amazing set, and a great watch.

demo watch is at least a decade older than the 808 - but truly rounds up a perfect set !

I guessed it was - because the fonts and paper are all different - also, I have never seen one for an 806, so my guess was they stopped doing by the time the Navitimer came out but happy to have it never the less !!!

well, sooner or later you might add a piece of patient zero to your collection, the first sliderule chronograph - a design still living on in the latest Montbrillants, the Chronomat 769.

but this 808 is a true gem !

A really great piece, I would never sell it either if I had a classic like that!
