Interesting that not all pieces had the Breitling name on the dial. Thanks for posting.

Its the straps on page 4 that do me in, if you had a strap like that today, small kids would point at you in the street. What do you think the shrouds are made of Dunlop SP remoulds?

More seriously - A wonderful thing to have shared with us all !!!

Thank you !!!
Graham

Post subject:  It depends . . .

. . .on how comfortable you are scanning and posting copyrighted material. I think these pages are from an early edition of DeMesy and Eckhardt, Vintage American & European Wrist Watch Price Guide. Compared to other price guides, they were pretty honest in saying that the prices are what they would pay each watch as watch dealers. It served their purposes and I think that DeMesy is a pretty big web-based dealer now.

Speaking of copyrighted material, I'm surprised that this website hosts scans of some of the current company's books, but I assume that is done with permission.

Hi Bill as I mentioned in another thread these pages are from an over 20 year old price list guide by DeMesy and Eckhardt, 1988 to be precise ...all you can see is the page index on top right and prices that they themselves placed on top of old catalogue pages ,that they may have copied themselves.
As full catalogues have been scanned here I did not see any issue with posting some pics of anover 20 year old catalogue as I thought they are interesting to Breitling fans...if anybody has an issue with this then I am sure I will be contacted by one of the moderators here and will be more then happy to remove this post, cheers!
