Post subject: | Breitling Sprint Question |
Hello All, I am new to this forum and I wondered if you could help. I have a Sprint from the 1970's that I have had for a while and I am thinking about selling it. It runs perfectly but it has a slight problem, the chrono function sticks occasionally, fairly regularly actually. The watch runs fine and is quite nice apart from that. The problem is I don't want to go through the process of getting it looked at ( which in London generally means a full service) and I wondered if anyone had any tips on what it might be. Obviously I appreciate the best advice, is go and see a specialist and don't muck about with it, but apart from the correct advice, does anyone have any other tips? thanks Graham |

If you are planning to sell it then leave it alone and declare the problem. A buyer isn't going to want a partial / incomplete fix and will likely get the watch serviced anyway. Welcome to BreitlingSource. |

I agree. You're going to lose a little money either way: getting the problem fixed or declaring it. |
