Good thought - and yes, it does look like one of those pieces - though weren't they 80s rather than 90s Bill???

but I think it was Dracha that had documentation from the early to mid-1990s for these. I should check. I think these read a sale in 1993 and the other in 1996.

So are these Breitling reproduction (reissues)

early to mid 90s iirc. several models, all 18k "serie limitee". claim was that they found batches of vintage movements tucked away in oil cloth and decided to launch these series - not really reissues, as they do not correspond to known Breitling models, also a bit surprising that among the vintage movements were calibers never used by the original Breitling.

You're right - memory is going with old age - you and Fred can relate I am sure
