Post subject:  Thanks to Fred and Craig...
So in a period of a few months I've gone from owning zero Breitlings to owning 2...with all the thanks to Fred, who helped verify the authenticity of the 789 as well as hooking me up with the 769 and Craig for amazing work...769 dates from 1945 and the 789 from 1946.

Haven't yet figured out how to take decent pictures of watches -- the photos of the 769, in particular don't do justice, it is just an amazing object!

Thanks again to all of you - this forum is an amazing resource!
