I have a Wakmann stopwatch that I have had for several (10-20) years. The only identification the case is Wakmann 7 jewels. Here a picture:

Sorry about not getting the image into the post correctly. I use Imageshack, and I can't get their forum posting url to work.

Can anyone identify the model/vintage of this stopwatch?

Thanks.

I fixed your image.

Paul (vintage) is our stopwatch expert so he'll probably have some thoughts.

The dial doesn't match a common Breitling pattern, as do some Wakmann stop timers. This dial looks more modern than the typical Wakmann/Breitling stop timers. I'm guessing it is not made by Breitling and probably made in the 1970s. What marks are on the movement?

Thank you for the information. I now know it is a Wakmann 2842.
