How accurate do you feel the price estimates in Richter"s book are and is there a revised addition. Some of his prices seem way out of line.

As far as I know the latest version is the 3rd edition publised in 2007 - the only differences were updated prices. Even then I think that a number of them were off and now it's not really a particularly reliable source. Relative values are close I guess, but not absolute numbers.

I have the 2007 edition and the prices on a whole seem way off. Has the increase in prices in 4 years been that good even with a recession!

No, as I said, they weren't great when it came out.

I've probably watched thousands and documented hundreds of vintage Breitling sales during the last two years or more - and Richter seems way off even with relative values - look at his AVI or Unitime prices. He probably had no catalogs to (wrongly) interpret, so he just guessed ?

His pricing indications are totally worthless, just ignore them, Rick.

Those are the list prices from the years stated, they were 100% right at that time.
