I have a 1945 and 1946 Chronomat 769 watches. Both were refurbished to original condition by a Breitling certified jeweler. One is Sterling and the other is 18K gold. What is the best way to get them appraised?

Well if you post photos here we'll give you some idea - dial, movement, inside and outside of caseback please. If you need a formal appraisal for insurance then best to check what the insurance company's requirements are.

I've never heard of a silver-cased 769. Do you mean stainless?

It won't be Sterling.
