I am very new to Breitling. Can someone help and tell me if this watch looks OK? Thanks in advance!

Well it's fundamentally real, should be from '67. Photos of the movement would help and the watch has an aftermarket crown and is missing a pusher.

Slide rule looks in exceptional condition for it's age, might this be a replacement ?

no, fading of the orange accents is consistent w/ the dial, actually quite a lot of fading there. nice watch, most probably 1967, as Roff said.

67 or 68, can't say for sure as you have covered the serial number. Would still like to see the movement, but same answer as before - fundamentally OK.

Do you think this watch can fetch $6K? I need money and thinking about selling it. Please advice.

I think it would sell in the $4K to $5K range on ebay with no reserve. The damage to the back will lower the value by at least $1k.
