on all accounts.Craig (forum member chronodeco) would be the person to turn to, BUT, as Rene has said, quite a few things seem quite problematic.

The serial number dates the watch to 1945, but the dial has been refinished (both inner dial and dial ring), and has a design that I at least have never seen on an authentic piece.
The missing bezel will be very, very hard to replace, your only hope would be to find a donor watch - you will need a bit of luck and quite a lot of patience to find one - but then you would still have the issue of the wrong dial ....
Still, as it probably has a lot of sentimental value for you, when you have all the parts (crown and crystal are minor issue, hands seem correct to me), Craig could restore it to perfection.
