I've only got a Top Time that Roffensian has said is from 1970, it's a 2211 #1347099.
My thoughts have been to replace the crystal, it runs well, but it needs a couple other things I've seen. Reading about folks getting their vintage watches back from Breitling fully refurbished and the pictures, I've decided to get it properly cared for.
I'm from Connecticut, how do I go about getting it done?,

Well it's still from 1970

The easiest way is to take it to your AD and they can arrange to have the watch sent to BUSA for the work. Just be very clear with the AD about what you want and make sure that they accurately document it. For example - do you want the dial restored to 'like new' condition, or just a good cleaning.

Any mechanical issues will be handled by a full service and the crystal will be an easy replacement for them.

Thank you, and I will do that to bring it around. I'm excited about this now.

Unfortunately, Breitling USA doesn't have the vintage parts to service vintage watches. They'll refer you to Horological Services in PA and Mark Heist. You can Google the info. He specializes in vintage Breitling's but it takes a while and isn't cheap. Unless there are unusual issues, most watchmakers can do a service to this watch and replace the crystal.

Didn't realise that BUSA automatically referred to Mark. His waiting list is up to about a year now, so definitely might want to look at other options.
