Hi, here's some pics of my 1946 Breitling Datora Valjoux 72C Triple date 785 in 18k Rose gold documented in pictures.

Here are the pictures before this virtual barn find was serviced and when it was brought to my notice on Breitlingsource when it came up for sale. Thanks to the verification for originality, etc. by the wonderful guys here on this link viewtopic.php?f=11&t=36757 who encouraged me to pursue this irresistible beauty:)

And here are pictures after a movement service and a cleanup by Craig@ Chrondeco, who made sure that everything remained original on the watch while at the same time bringing it to it's former glory so that I could wear it more often, giving me a glimpse and feel of what the original owner might have felt like wearing this watch when he bought it in 1946, the pictures say it best!

just edit your posts, highlight each link line and click the Img button !

for future posts, in photobucket click on the "IMG" line, not the "direct link" and copy that to your post - and you are done - and so am I :wink:
