Take a look here: www.timeman.net some vintage pieces, a bit expensive perhaps but a wide selection to choose from...

Nice watch! Wrong hands for a 1969 model though. These hands came on the later Cosmonautes in the early seventies. They could have just been replaced during a service sometime.

So the serial is1969, and the rest of the watch from 1970ish
