I keep looking at this dial thinking it's in fantastic condition but that little devil on my shoulder keeps jabbing me with his pitchfork that it's just in too good a condition. Very good redial? Need a second opinion.

Entire watch is in pretty good condition so dial is consistent. I can't see anything on that dial that indicates that it has been redone. I'm sure that it's been cleaned, but it looks original to me.

Must have been kept in a drawer it's entire life. I thought maybe the outer index numbers and swiss made looked a little thick. I'd be surprised if it went for less than $2200. I've got too many project watches at the moment to go after this one.

Could be the quality of the pictures but it appears that the caseback is a pink gold and the case is a yellow gold. Also hard to make out the reference and serial numbers on the caseback. What are they?

No import code on balance cock. Must have been sold outside of USA initially?

until the early 50ies they could either have a code or no code , but I doubt that there was a distinction made between watches for the US markets and outside the US. from a Mfg perspective its easier to have all things comply with all regulations than set up different Mfg lines

Don't know anything about Premiers but surely looks good and from comments from the guys in the know here looks a good buy. Btw curious, is there lume on the "12" numeral on these? None on the markers?
