Seeking advice on Breitling watch I plan to sell. Should I spend an estimated $600 to $700 to have it 'serviced' to increase the sale price or sell it 'as is'? I think the exact model is - TOP TIME 810 CHRONOGRAPH VENUS 178 Would help the experience of discussion board members. I have taken the watch to two jewelers who have given me estimates (once serviced) from $1750 to $4500. Watch works and I have replaced the crystal, but something is loose and you can hear it when you shake the watch. Any assistance would be appreciated. ![]() |

Have you looked what these go for in working condition on Ebay ? my estimate is that is you sell 'as is' you will fetch between USD$ 600-1000 and a 100% working watch may fetch between USD $1000 - $1750, but please research these watches on Ebay yourself |
