Hi, thought would be great to see pics of your vintage Navitimers. Please specify year and model so that we can appreciate the visual differences between them!

Well let me suggest that the people who want to share have already done so in existing threads that can readily be searched, and those who don't wish to share won't do so.

security reasons ?
Or just not wanting to show off ?

anyway , here's a few of mine. Some in these pics were sold over the last months (the AVI pictured and the SO 2005 pictured) but I have added another 765 AVI and am sending off a SO 2005 for restoration to Craig soon .

Hi Phil , there's already a lot of info on these watches
have a search on 1965 765 CP , 765 Co-Pilot , Breitling Raquel Welch, 765 AVI etc

There we're basically 2 versions , the 765 AVI and the 765 CP (Co-Pilot) . I have never understood what the differences are between the 2 other than the build date , the AVI's are typically pre 1966 , and the CP's post 1966 but there are great watches and they came with , as far as I know, 3 different bezels: polished, black and the one on that I bought recently (see below)

but they were originally Water tight , screw back as opposed to the Navi and Cosmo press backs . The minute counter dial is slightly bigger than the other 2 sub dia;s which makes for a very interesting watch dial

here's the one I bought recently viewtopic.php?f=11&t=34352 with a different bezel

Thanks for the info Dracha, it's that polished bezel that draws the eye for me. I am supposed to be buying a Triumph
Tiger 1050 in the new year I've already put it back 3 months while I sort my Navi out, at this rate if I keep on looking on these Forums I'll never get back on two wheels

Am sure your daughter will be happy with that watch. Can you adopt me so that I get the rest of that collection?;)

Go for the Triumph first ! , spring is coming and before you know it you'll be looking at late autumn before you can actually ride the bike

Love all of them, René, though the one I love most will probably surprise you. Not a Navitimer, not an AVI or Co-Pilot, the SuperOcean Chrono 807 is just wonderful ! Should you find the time to post some more pics of this I would be great. talk about rare ....

look what just landed on my desk, goes nicely with that watch for your daughter:

any airline history buffs reading this ? I seem to remember a french??? airline called UTI in the 70s/80s, does anybody know more ?
