I have a chrono left to me by my uncle- it runs well but I need a part for the stopwatch movement. It is in a repair shop in OBAN-SCOTLAND while looking for the part. Been told that it's rare and worth £1000+??
Anyone know where I can source parts for it? I want to sell it anyway (I need a waterproof watch) so would be interested in an offer as is or after the part is found. I'll find out the part name/number-the orig part is seized? cheers bruce

Well if you want to sell it we have a sales forum with an explanation of the sales specific rules that your post needs to comply with - viewforum.php?f=3

Can't really comment on the watch without seeing pictures and knowing the model / serial numbers but any competent watchmaker with experience on vintage pieces should be able to source Venus 175 parts.
