They made the chrono style stopwatch for a long time. I can't quite tell from your pics if you have the split timer or not but this example is from 1959 but they were sold into the 1970's with just very minor changes. They will bring a little more than the standard Breitling stopwatch because of the additional complication. Value I would think would be in the $100-$250 if not a split timer and maybe a little more if it is, depending on condition, etc, etc.
