Cosmonaute Ref 1806
Found an example that looks nice, but numbers on the datewheel are black, in som pics i have seen its red?!??!

Were they made with black numbered wheel?

Yep.

Again, red is more common, but no problem with a black date wheel.

Nice watch by the way! (I have a soft spot for the cosmo as I have recently acquired a display back version). Again, if you can get serial number and / or movement pics it will help.

The black date indicates a 'pre' version. They're the first batch that came out and usually date to 1968. I've had two of them over the years.

Thanx, tis one Is quite expensive USD 4200, Is that a fair price? Its serviced In 2005 and according tol seller in pristine condiditin?

I would think $1800-$2400 is fair for a good example. Maybe a few hundred more for a mint one. $4200 seems high to me.
