Hello,

I´m new in this board and I´ve got a little question.

I bought this Breitling at a seller, who sold a lot of vintage watches from the 1970s and 1980s.
I think it may be a diver with at ETA 2452 and a missing bezel. I´ve contacted Breitling and say said it may be
a special edition. Could you please tell me, how the watch may have looked like and which reference it has.

A lot of questions, and I hope you can help me!

Best wishes

Markus

The watch is a fake. Breitling script on the back has been added and the shark logo on the front is rediculous. Although Breitling made a couple of dive watches during this era none of them looked like this one. Sorry. See if you can obtain a refund.

oy !

if I remember correctly this was offered from Europe, not South America, maybe even Austria (shudder & shame).

The problem remains that reporting those to ebay makes little/no sense (see viewtopic.php?f=9&t=31767) and listing all of my "junk list" finds here is impossible, so we will have one or more newbies a week who fall for these.
