Super rare to find one this complete with box and paperwork but I don't think the dial condition supports the asking price.

I'm a big fan of the Unitime and I would be bidding on that in a regular auction, but I agree, the pricing is way too high for a fairly 'experienced' watch.

I sold a nicer one a few years back for $1800. Live and learn.

You should learn to think in the future, not in the past.

Good point. It would be nice if we all thought about the consequences of our actions and how others might perceive us.

I'm sure that Schroeder saw that coming as he thinks in the future, but that's funny!

The only, what i would to say, was: the price of 1800,- $ never comes back, it was past time.

Post subject:  Sorry guys but this ebay Unitime was NG...

...crap dial from a gold plated model--stainless would have white markers/hands:

fake/redone 24-hour ring & generic crown...

And not 100% sure about the back stamping--I have had two now and both were different layout...

...but that could be because it was originally a gold cap case that has had the plating stripped and that's why no "Stainless Steel" on the back. :?:

Nice to get the doodads but I would not have paid 3k+ for them and a fugazi watch.
Best.

Just bringing this old thread back to life, because I saw this - http://www.ebay.ca/itm/UNUSUAL-AND-RARE ... 27c270b66d

Caseback is consistent with the one originally discussed here, so while it's not the 'usual' caseback with the Unitime in the middle, it looks to be correct. Anyone see anything that I'm missing with this one?

Unfortunate the dial is a mess on that one. It signicantly affects the value in my opinion.
