My father gave me a vintage Navitimer Quartz GMT W/ CO. Pilot but it has stopped working is this watch worth restoring?

It's probably not possible to restore as these movements are now obsolete. If you can find a donor movement then it may be worth it, but these pieces aren't particularly valuable because of the inherent problems with the movements. Even if you find a donor it's 30 years old and may fail tomorrow with no possibility of repair.

Breitling used to offer substantial discounts off of current models if you 'traded in' these dead pieces, but not sure if they still do and obviously it won't be the same as a gift from your father.

Sorry it's not better news.
