The owner is saying that this one is from beginning of 60.. I won this watch in the auction, but I will not pay for it until I know that it is really original. |

Well... Here's the thing... The reference number CAN be legitimate but from preliminary inspection the dial looks suspicious and the Breitling on the case back looks added on later... Can't say if the watch started life as a Breitling... I would say a good picture of the movement is the tell tale sign... |

Welcome to the forum, but I am afraid that sending additional pics will not change the picture all the other responses describe. Franken at best, probably total fake, parts just do not match. So if you bought this as an authentic Breitling and still can back out of the deal: run ! |

whereever you go to buy a vintage Breitling, post pictures in this forum to verify it. Had a guy from NYC here last week who was close to buy a worse fake than yours from a "reputable" NYC store for US$ 3,500 ! dial, pushers and caseback pics are the minimum, movement and inner caseback even better. somebody who is sure about the watch he sells will provide those. |
