basically real, but not totally sure about the hands, all 2111 I remember had orange hands ? also a little unsure regarding the date wheel, odd dates should be red ? vintage will know more.

The hour/minute hands are the wrong color for that dial. The sub register hands are the wrong shape and look like maybe off a Gruen or Elgin cal 11. The crown also appears to be smaller than the proper ref 2111 crown. The black date is ok.

Can't really tell much about the movement from that photo, but agree with Paul, basically correct watch that has been serviced with non Breitling parts.
