typically the Vintage 18K gold Breitling watches I have seen have a "Master Mark" of "121" = Guillod Gunther SA

the "103" was used by :

Baumann Benguerel & Co. 21.7.1934
Jaquet & Etevenard 1957
A. Jaquet 1972
Pro-BoƮtes SA 1977 to 7.2.1995 (bankrupt)

I just did a quick search on Ebay and looked at the Vintage 18K Gold pieces
all pieces I trust have "121"

All Pieces I find "questionable" have another mark . I also found that "132" is Eric Monnier , independent case maker and did a lot of work for Chronograph Suisse (=Aviation watches)
funny finding , 1 "Breitling Chronomat 806 Moonphase" from 1951 has a Master Mark that was first introduced in 1957 and its not "121"

Yeah I don't like this, wrong master mark as noted, wrong location for stamps on Breitling cases, brand new dial, etc. Bridge engraving isn't bad, but not what you look for on a '46 Premier.

Nice crown though

not only mark and position, also the "texture" of the back does not have that smooth quality of authentic pieces. would like to hear what Craig thinks. seller calls the dial original and untouched. doubt that.
