Looks correct. I've had a couple of those and they usually date around the 1958 timeframe.

thanks for your help with this one.

have another one I feel much less confident about, although the movement is a nice Valjoux 22 with Cotes de Geneve deco, but my feeling is that this did not start life as a Breitling ?

Running to a meeting so no time to study it, but the Breitling looks way too knew on that dial.

same feeling. but a pity if it´s a fake, perfectly nice watch, actually, just probably not a Breitling ? Would appreciate a closer look if you find the time later, thanks, WatchFred

I'm always uncomfortable about pictures of movements that have been removed from the case.

OK, so a little more time now.

The serial is very early which is consistent with no Breitling on the caseback or movement, although the quality of the serial number stamp is a bit rough.

The dial looks wrong, very early to have the 3 minute markers on the chrono and the Breitling doesn't look right at all.

However, the nail in the coffin for me is the movement - Marty said that he is uncomfortable with movement pictures showing them out of the case. I'll go one step further - I get uncomfortable when the movement of a watch that is supposedly a 30 minute chrono has a 45 minute chrono wheel!!!

If that ain't conclusive I don't know what is

as conclusive as it can be, Roff.

thank you for sharing your knowledge, the 45 minutes wheel is something I would never notice. WatchFred
