I saw that one earlier today. Some poor sucker will take it in the shorts on this one! I have seen that dial before - LeJour or something like that? AVI ... I ay ay ay. A very clever FAKE. |

I guess the whole watch looks made up, but the 765 AVI should have a venus 178 not a valjoux 7736 right? Do you guys ever bother to let the seller know he is misrepresenting himself? I think sometimes they just don't know any better. Here is the valjoux 7736 that I have (Breitling 1450):  Cheers, Ron |

You can't do that anymore because there's no way of telling who that is. I sometimes will msg sellers if they appear to be a store and everything else they're selling is legit and they have a high feedback rating. Most often sending information that a watch is a fake usually results in no answer or a snappy reply. Some do, however, pull the offending article if they're worried about their reputation. So, it's a bit of a hit and miss. |

If you scroll down to where the counter is, you will see a "Ask a Question" link. If you click on that, then click "Other" then "Continue" you can leave a message for the seller. I sent the guy a message and his response was that the movement is worth $500, and anyone bidding should do their own research before bidding! lol Ron |

After 10 years on ebay I can assure you that contacting sellers of fakes is a complete waist of time. Contacting ebay about it is also a complete waist of time. The movement is worth about $300 tops. |
