Hello all, does anyone have ANY info about the movement A Schild 1193 ? Idealy i would be looking for: does it have a Central (sweep) Sec. or Sub Sec. Day and/or Date. The size in mm. How may Jewels. Is it manual or automatic? How many BpH. What were the production years ? Which ref. number was it used in ? Same question but than Felsa 260. Was that used in (dresswatches) Breitling ? Maybe even a photo ? (dare i ask...) searched ranfft and the metatechnical cabinet and googled a lot. Couldn't find it so now i'm hoping that one of you knows this. Thnaks in advance, Marco |

Don't recognise it off the top of my head - will have to hit Bestfit if no one else knows and that might take me a couple of days. |

would be great. ! I'm expanding my website with some basic knowledge about the dresswatch range. Maybe you would like to see my first (modest) efforts ? Can't place the URL because it's partially commercial. Thanks, and looking forward to see what you can find. Kind regards, Marco |

From memory those are the other way round. 1192 is the auto, 1194 is the manual. 1192 is the evolution of the 1191, and I suspect that 1194 is an evolution of the 1193, but want to see what Bestfit says. |

I'm at my day job, so I have limited resources. The only reference I can find lists it as mechanical, 8.75 lignes (65/120/18), with or without a small seconds bit. It sounds like a movement for a large ladies or small mens dress watch without any complications whatsoever other than the option for the seconds bit. I could easily be wrong, but it's all I could find from here. |
