Hello everybody.
I'm a French newbie and looking for infos about a watch i bought a few years ago.
I would like to date and name the model, trace a kind of historical portrait, and by the way have an idea of it's real value (if it has one!).

The case seems to be a 10K gF
SS back
Automatic / incabloc
Caliber Felsa 690
Bidynator patented Breitling Automatic 35
Case Back N° = 2504 25
serial 613xxx?

Sorry but the few pics I've got are not really good.
If anyone can help, that will be kind and helpful.

Thanks.

Hmm, thought I had posted here earlier but I guess it didn't post.

This watch looks like a perfectly correct 2504/25 to me, but with a couple of rather unfortunate additions.

The script Breitling engraved on the inside and outside of the caseback have been added after the fact by someone attempting to make it 'more' Breitling - there is a perception (particularly in South America) that this adds value to the watch - of course it doesn't.

In terms of value, well these aren't hugely valuable, and with the added engraving, it will be less. I'm no expert on these pieces so see what others say, but maybe a few hundred bucks.

You impressed me for a minute there Paul - until I realised that the OP had put the serial in the first post

ThankS guys.
Actually i'm not a hundred percent sure about the serial no.
The pics i've posted are the ones the seller sent me and that's very difficult to read it without mistaking.
So i have to Check by opening the case and Come back to you.

There isn't a lot of reliable documentation around - you sometimes see catalogues on eBay but they're rare. The best book (and it's far from perfect) is Benno Richter's 'Breitling the history of a great brand of watches 1884 to present' currently in it's 3rd edition (but only prices are updated).

Post subject:  It looks like a nice watch.

It is pictured in the 1952 catalog that Richter shows on page 73. You should enjoy it for years and years.
