Like him or hate him, I wouldn't wish this on anyone... Former member Michael/Breitling-lounge had a massive amount of his watches stolen in Germany recently, so I thought I'd post this pdf link of the missing pieces to see if any of our great members in Germany and elsewhere might get lucky and run into them: http://www.museum- shop-online.de/uhrenbilder/gestohlen/Liste-gestohlene-Uhren.pdf Now matter how you feel about Michael, this could well happen to any of us, so take a moment to download the doc and keep it handy to check against any vintage Breitlings that you may come across. It is to all of our benefit to stamp out these dirty thieves, put them behind bars and hopefully return the watches to their rightful owner. ![]() Thanks & best to all, T. |

Links to Michael's site won't work because of steps taken here, but I agree wholeheartedly with Tom, no one deserves this. If you put the two halves of this link together you'll be able to get the file. http://www.museum-shop -online.de/uhrenbilder/gestohlen/Liste-gestohlene-Uhren.pdf |

If you put the two halves of this link together you'll be able to get the file. http://www.museum-shop -online.de/uhrenbilder/gestohlen/Liste-gestohlene-Uhren.pdf Google translation from you-know-where: When I was in Vaals, near Aachen in the night from Saturday to Sunday 20-21. March 2010 invaded and stole a safe with these watches. These watches are in part unique in the world and can not be resold undetected, including a Navitimer 7806 with the royal crown of King of Jordan on the back, then the rarest Navitimer 806, there is, with Valjoux 72 and the golden "B" on the dial, of which only 3 pieces are known worldwide, as well as the two previous world's only genuine Breitling Datoras with moon phase, reference 804 and 805th The safe was found on Sunday afternoon on the highway in the vicinity of Liege, Belgium, of course, broken. Please keep your eyes and tells me if somewhere one of these watches will be offered, especially on stock exchanges in Belgium and Holland or in the border area. For specific information, leading to the arrest of the perpetrators or the replacement of the watch, I have a set Bekohnung in the amount of 5000, - euro. FWIW, the complete link should download a pdf when pasted in a new browser window. Best, T. |

Don't want to add gasoline to a fire almost burned out, but I noticed something very interesting... Also don't know how many watches of his were stolen, but I was stumbling on ebay Switzerland and I noticed someone has an awful lot (I mean a lot) of his watches for sale... and all of the item locations are from "deutschland" which I assume is Germany? I know they're his watches because they're using his pics with his watermark on them... ![]() but one thing I am NOT HAPPY with is this auction: http://cgi.ebay.ch/Breitling-Co-Pilot-A ... 20ae161259 If you'll see the auction it's for a beloved 765 copilot with a yachting bezel... the same one that Paul has... and if you notice one of the pics in the auction, there is one with a certain co-pilot fully disassembled on a work table. I know that pic with that table from a mile away and I can tell you that that's Craig's table when he took apart Paul's co-pilot awhile back and wanted to show us and had a separate post dedicated to Paul's co-pilot on this forum. I don't know what it says in German, but from my hunch, this auctioneer is claiming maybe his watch was recently serviced by a Breitling specialist in the "USA". Also notice some of the other pictures of the watch and look closely at the 15 min register hand... in two pics the hand is grey colored and in the other one it's orange... clearly doctored... Doesn't make sense anyway you cut it... EDIT: So I found the thread on the vintage forum with Paul's co-pilot viewtopic.php?f=11&t=13095&hilit=paul%27s+copilot and guess what... the serials on the copilot are Paul's... check this thread out and check out the auction after... notice the pictures... |

Not sure about burned out - the link to my site managed to get itself posted on a Heuer forum and that must be a busy community because the traffic went through the roof after that! The seller on this auction is associated with Michael. Treading carefully here, he has had some disagreements with eBay and now relies on a number of associates for his eBay listings. |

Kinda had a feeling that Paul might have moved the co-pilot onto him... but was just making sure... ![]() |
