Thinking of buying this one. ![]() ![]() It looks legit to me, but i am not good at old Breitling's. It is pictured in Benny Richters book at page 119. Is it any reason not to buy it? |

Would like to see inside of caseback and movement, but what I see looks OK. Not the greatest dial photo but it looks original to me. |

Looks alright. Little mildew around the dial which will be hard to get right without a redo. Should be from around 1946 if you can find out the serial number on the inside of the back cover. Venus 178 movement. ![]() |

If i buy it, i want it to look good ![]() I would think somewhere between $60-$100 depending on who does it and whether you disassemble or someone else does. Craig (Chronodeco) did my last one a couple of years ago. He sends it to a Canadian company (I think) but the end results made all the difference in the world. You will be able to tell it's a redial but a good one will be worth it because it will save the watch. |
