sometimes one can see the old 19''' pocket chronographs, also the 18''' or the 17 ''' , but the 16''' I saw only 2 times in my life. Its the same movement, what Breitling inserted in their first one pushers wristwatch.

Stunning!
And forgive my ignorance, but at this point Montbrillant was producing their own movements in house? In other words, the chronograph movement in this PW and in the earliest Breitlings was a true manufacture works caliber?

TIA & best,
T.

Yes

And this was the first inhouse wristwatch with the same 16''' inhouse Montbrillant calibre

the story about the BO1 as the first manufactur-calibre is also only a marketing-joke of Ernest Schneider, same joke as the 125th aniversary

Fascinating. Just think about how different things would be if Breitling had continued to manufacture their own chronograph movements!
Thanks & best,
