There are a lot of unusual features, and I don't like the absence of model / serial numbers, but if it's a fake / franken then it is very good.

The guilloche bothers me.

I don't know.

I've not seen it before, but it doesn't show any obvious problems either. If someone has the ability to create this then why not make it a more obvious model.
