HI,

I found this piece recently and am hoping to find out more about it. Made of cardstock, the bezel rotates and the piece is about 5" tall by 3" wide.

It looks like a dealer promotional piece - supplied by Breitling to their stores to assist sales staff in demonstrating how the chronomat bezel worked. I've seen similar things, but never anything quite like that - it's very cool.
