Whilst browsing for some info on a prospective vintage Breitling purchase (1969 year I was born) I came across this scan from the 1969 Breitling Catalogue, my how computer rooms have changed!

Stef When I first started as a computer operator in 1975 we had the teletype input machine. It was about 1982 before we went to the CRT input consoles. I've fixed and hung many a magnetic tape over the years though.  Paul

In some ways, the interiors of data centers haven't changed that much. A modern colo looks similar to me. Our data centers are a bit different though... |
