i just bought a 1969 Breitling Chronograph Model 7104-16 and was hoping if you would know of an aftermarket scratch resistant sapphire glass that would be a good fit for it? The model is show in the below catalogue photo

I do not know of any. The chronograph cases from this era were almost all designed for a high dome crystal to allow for hand clearance. Suggest a new plastic replacement and keep some polywatch handy to take out minor scratches: http://www.ofrei.com/page455.html If you find one, let us all know. Craig |
